Was really great to catch up with Dan. So many years have gone by since we shared Jimmy John's in a little studio back in Omaha before going to see the band in a tiny club with, maybe, a hundred others.....I knew that night this band would be something......although I'll never say I predicted they'd be selling out arenas in less than 2 years.
I certainly championed this band with every breath I had, so it makes me quite proud to see where they are and, as you'll hear in the interview, that they remain the same, great, grounded fellas.
I thought I'd also share, probably, my favorite memory in all of my radio career......just below. Blew me away.
