People Are Falling Ill From Mystery Illness 'Possibly' From Lake Minnetonka

People are reporting serious symptoms after being in Lake Minnetonka.

According to KARE 11, Hennepin County Public Health is currently investigating those reports of illness, which are possibly related with the Big Island area of Lake Minnetonka over the 4th of July weekend.

They're working with the Minnesota Department of Health to determine what type of illness it is, and officials haven't yet identified a source.

Symptoms reported include diarrhea and vomiting.
