The Black Keys are beginning to rise to stardom as their songs are appearing in ads for companies such as Molsen, AT&T, and Suburu. However, they have not given permission for the presence of their songs 'Gold on the ceiling' in ads for Pizza Hut and 'Lonely Boy' for Home Depot.
Because the two companies allegedly used their songs behind their backs, the band and 'El Camino' producer Danger Mouse, are creating two separate lawsuits against the companies.
The Band has also revealed that, starting in July, they will be returning to the studio to being their follow up to 'El Camino':
