I used to work out a lot. I've never been super skinny, or ridiculously ripped, but i was in really good shape, and proud of myself for the work i'd put in.
Then, life got crazy, i started my first adult, full-time job, and have had a hard time getting into a routine ever since.
Whenever i'd work out, it would be sporadic.
When i was approached to take on the Lifetime 90 Day Challenge, as crazy-busy as I am, I decided to go for it! I mean, we're ALL really busy, right? Just because everybody doesn't wake up at 3:45am, that doesn't mean anyone's schedules and obligations are less stressful than mine.
I thought, if i can make this work, really get myself back into the habit of making time for myself, than anyone can. So, i guess i'm thinking of the 90 Day Challenge like i'm not only doing it for myself, but for all the working, spread thin, juggling-a-million-different-things people out there.
I've chosen the weight-loss focus of the challenge, but there's a body-transformation focus people can do, too. I'm not doing this so much for the weight-loss, though. Sure, i could lose a few pounds, but i'm doing it more for the discipline of it.
The program looks at your nutrition, shows you all the incredible things Lifetime Fitness has to offer-group fitness classes, activities, chiropractic and spa services, etc. You can find out more info here: http://www.lifetime-weightloss.com/90day
