My top two favorite artists of all time. 

I've had the opportunity to meet Patty a few times, and i've chosen not to. Why? 

Well...because it's PATTY GRIFFIN! 

Her music, her words...they have played such an incredible part in my life, both musically and personally.

So, I'm terrified to ever have a conversation with her, but seeing her live in concert...well, that's another thing. She's amazing live. She's a great story-teller, engaging, with a massive voice coming out of a tiny, little frame.

What an incredible gift for those passengers on a flight that have just been told they have to spend the next 2 hours waiting on the tarmac to take off. Members of the Philadelphia Orchestra perform a gorgeous, impromptu piece and it is really remarkable.
