Cold Specks is this Ridiculously talented Canadian singer-songwriter based in London. She is signed with Mute Records, who have a ton of amazing artists on their roster of course.

I came across her accidently to be honest, I LOVE British television, am sure that is NO surprise to you all. So on one of my daily telly (television) catch up sessions  while watching "Later with Jools Holland" along came Cold Specks performing her song Holland.

Listen I was taken back by her voice, its just wicked am telling you all and ever since I have been a fan. Right now my fav song is " Blank Maps"

I been reading alot of reviews regarding her style. Some describe it as doom soul with  influence of American deep south gospel with a strong goth streak. I would LOVE to hear your views
