A Texas woman is suing Carnival Cruise Lines over "horrifying" conditions on its disabled ship. The cruise ship Triumph lost power over the weekend, leaving it dead in the water in the Gulf of Mexico.  It took days for the ship to be towed to Mobile, Alabama, where passengers finally disembarked last night.

Cassie Terry is alleging that Carnival failed to provide a seaworthy vessel and sanitary conditions.  The complaint filed in federal court in Miami claims Terry suffered physical and emotional harm, including anxiety, nervousness and the loss of enjoyment of life.
