Keri’s top two:
The people who drench themselves in cologne/perfume BEFORE working out. When you’re running on a treadmill, or climbing your 37th flight of stairs, the last thing you want to do is gulp in huge breaths of scented air. Blech!!!
It seems like I will inevitably hit the emergency stop button on the treadmill at least once during every run. It immediately shuts everything down. Without knowing how long I was on the machine, how many calories burned, etc., it’s a bummer!
