Pull-Apart Bacon Bread
SUBMITTED BY: Stephanie Wolowicz

INGREDIENTS
2 Frozen Bread Loaves (thawed in fridge)
1-1/2 Packets of Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix
4-5 Tbsp Olive Oil
4 Cups Shredded Cheese (3 cheese mix)
2 Lbs Bacon (fry for 3-4 minutes - not completely cooked)

DIRECTIONS
Thaw bread loaves overnight in a Ziploc bag (sprayed with Pam).

Brown bacon for 3-4 minutes until slightly brown & limp, then drain on paper towels.

In a large bowl, mix 3 Tbsp of Olive Oil with 1-1/2 packets of Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix.
Add shredded cheese and mix together with oil and dressing mix. Break bacon into small pieces and mix with cheese mixture.

Pour 1-2 Tbsp of Olive Oil into small bowl and rub a little oil on your hands. Then take thawed bread loaves, pull pieces of dough off and roll into 2 inch balls making sure they have a coating of oil on them, and then carefully mix into cheese mixture.

After all dough balls are in the cheese mixture, place balls in single layer, oval shape on in center of 2 cookie sheets. Sprinkle any remaining cheese mixture over the bread.

Cover cookie sheets with foil and let rise in warm area (overnight or for a couple hours).

When ready to bake, remove foil (save to use later) and bake for 20-25 minutes in 350º oven, then cover cookie sheets with foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes. Serve warm. ENJOY!
