Fontina Cheese Recipe

4 egg yolks
1 glass of milk (1.5 cups)
Let the Fontina cheese melt in a double boiler overlow heat then add flour and mix well.
Add the milk ensuring the ingredients are mixed fully and evenly.
When the mixture is soft and runny but not overcooked add the egg yolks.
Keep on the heat and cook gently untilv the mixture on a velvety texture.
