2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/3 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup sugar
4 (8 ounce) packages cream chees, softened
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 large eggs
6 (1.55 ounce) bars milk chocolate candy bars, coarsely chopped, divided
2 cups mini marshmallows
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line 9X13 inch pan with no stick foil.
Crust: In mixing bowl combine graham cracker crumbs, butter, and sugar. Press onto bottom of prepared pan.
Filling: Beat cream cheese, surgar and vanilla in bowl of electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add aggs mix until smooth, sraping sides of bowl several times.
Stir in 1/2 of chopped chocolate candy bars. Pour into crust. Sprinkle with remaining candy bars and marshmallows.
Bake until center is almost set (35-40 minutes). Cool. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
Makes 24 squares.
