Chicken Salad Wraps SUBMITTED BY: Unknown
INGREDIENTS 1- 3 pound rotisserie chicken from the grocery store 2-large leeks, thinly sliced 2-garlic cloves 3T-butter 1-cup button mushrooms, sliced 7-ounces low fat blue cheese like Blue d'Auverne 3T-chopped fresh parsley 1t-chopped fresh dill zest of 1 lemon shredded head of Romaine lettuce
DIRECTIONS Cut up chicken into small pieces.
Sauté leeks and garlic in butter for 10 minutes.
Stir in mushrooms and cook for another 5 minutes.
Set aide to cool for a bit, then add other ingredients and salt and pepper to taste. Roll out on a wheat tortilla and wrap it up.
