Almond Cookie Treats SUBMITTED BY: Unknown
INGREDIENTS Club Crackers 2 sticks butter 3/4 cup sugar Small bag sliced almonds
DIRECTIONS Line 11 x 15 cookie sheet with foil.
Spread a single layer of club crackers (just over 1 pack) in cookie sheet. Do not use Ritz.
In a sauce pan over med heat: 2 sticks of butter (melt it first, then add sugar) 3/4 cup sugar
Bring to boil, stirring, until thick, 2 minutes.
Pour sauce mixture over crackers evenly.
Sprinkle small package of sliced almonds evenly on top.
Bake at 350 for 10 to 15 minutes.
Cool, flip, peel, and break apart.
