Hot Artichoke and Spinach Spread SUBMITTED BY: Nancy Lundquist
INGREDIENTS 1 package (8oz) softened cream cheese 1 cup mayonnaise 1 package Mrs. Grass Homestyle Vegetable Soup & Dip Mix 1 package (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup shredded parmesan or Romano cheese
DIRECTIONS In a medium sized bowl, thoroughly combine cream cheese, mayo, and Mrs. Grass soup mix.
Stir in spinach, artichoke hearts and mozzarella cheese. Spread into a 2 qt. baking dish; sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min. or until browned at edges. Serve with warm toasted bread rounds or crackers.
Makes 6 cups (8-12 servings)
