Slow Roasting Tomatoes SUBMITTED BY: Unknown
Use as many tomatoes as you like from the garden. Mix up different types if you have them like cherry, roma, yellow heirloom and beefsteak.
INGREDIENTS Chopped white onion Garlic minced Fresh Basil chopped Good Extra Virgin Olive Oil!! Sea Salt Fresh ground black pepper
DIRECTIONS Sauté onion and garlic in skillet with some olive oil to brown and soften for a few minutes.
Toss in basil salt and pepper.
Mix the tomatoes, garlic, onion, and basil in a bowl.
Add 2 tablespoons of EV olive oil, salt and pepper for taste.
