Whole Grain Mustard Vinaigrette SUBMITTED BY: James Foley
INGREDIENTS 3/4 ounce shallots 1/4 ounce roasted garlic 1/8 cup whole grain mustard 1/16 cup dijon mustard 1/4 cup champagne wine vinegar 1/4 tablespoon honey 1/8 cup cold water 1/4 tablespoon kosher salt 1 cup 90/10 oil blend
DIRECTIONS Combine the first 8 ingredients in a blender and puree.
Slowly drizzle in the oil with the blender still on.
Makes 1 pint, serves 8.
