Fish Tacos

INGREDIENTS
1 lb walleye, snapper, tilapia or halibut
1 Vidalia Onion-small diced
2 Limes-juiced
1 tsp chipotle powder
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp ground cumin
1 Tbl garlic-minced
1 tsp honey
2 Tbl olive oil
salt and pepper
12 Taco shells, corn tortillas or flour tortillas

GARNISH
Cilantro
Cabbage
Chilies
Lime
Pico de Gallo
Salsa
Vidalia Onion


DIRECTIONS
Heat a sauté pan to medium-high heat add olive oil and sweat onions and garlic, add fish and sauté. When fish is about ˝ cooked (3 minutes) add spices, lime juice, honey and salt and pepper and simmer until finished. Garnish with your favorite garnishes.
