Kobe Beef Burger

1 lb of either of the following: KOBE/Bison/Elk/Hamburger
3 tbl of Butter at Room Temperature
2 tsp Chopped Fresh Thyme
3 dashes Worcesteashire Sauce
2 pinches of sea salt / cracked pepper
In a bowl add all ingredients and mix well.*
Form into patties and grill. If you want to go all-out,
make Brioche Buns for the Burgers!
*Because of the salt in the mixture, the burger will discolor if not used the day the mixture is made.
