Honey-Lavender Jus for Chicken SUBMITTED BY: Chef Philip Dorwart
INGREDIENTS 4 cups chicken stock/ broth
1 tsp lavender
1 Tbls Dijon
2 Tbls honey
1 small shallot minced
1 clove garlic minced
DIRECTIONS In a sauce pot add all ingredients and simmer until reduced so that it is thick enough to coat the back of a spoon. 4 cups of stock/broth should be reduced to about 1 cup. This is a great sauce for roasted chicken, pork loin, etc.
