Marinade for Rustic Meats

1 Tbl olive oil
¼ cup oyster sauce
2 Tablespoons Sherry or Red wine Vinegar
1 Tbl minced garlic
2 Tbl Soy Sauce
2 Tbl OJ
2 tsp Salt
1 tsp pepper
In a Ziploc bag, add all ingredients and steak and marinade for at least 2 hours.
Rustic Meats choices, which you may not find in the case at your local meat department in the grocery store - or maybe not even at the butcher shop. Don't worry - just ask. Many times, since these aren't regular sellers, they'll have them in the freezer. Cook them over medium heat on the grill - or if you're using the oven in the colder months, cook them low and slow.
